Sammie Thompson, Managing Editor

Hi! My name is Sammie Thompson, I’m a senior (how did that happen??), and this is my third year on the newspaper staff. I’m so excited to be a part of the Dispatch’s leadership team as one of the managing editors! This year, I will be primarily working on one of the feature pages. I can’t wait to work in-person with all of the awesome people on staff to make our paper the best it can be. Outside of school, I enjoy hiking and being outdoors, spending time with my friends, and watching all kinds of sports. Additionally, I have always dreamed of being a doctor and intend to pursue medical school in the future. Let’s make this a great year!!
