Hello! I’m Ava and senior this year! I’m excited to write as and in-depth editor and create an interesting, fun and quality newspaper. Outside of school I enjoy playing tennis, pickleball, watching movies and reading. Over the summer I worked as a camp counselor and this is my second year in Ready, Set, Teach! At school. Overall, I’m super excited for this year!

A gap year, in terms of high school, is when a student takes a year after graduating high school to work, travel, volunteer, etc. After the year, they will enroll in a university or community college.

Little Women is a film adaptation of the 1868 novel, Little Women, written by Louisa May Alcott. The highly talented cast and storyline portray the challenges and prejudices women faced in the Civil War era, and the films beautiful costumes and scenes leave its audience awe-struck.
