Liberty Pittman, Print Editor-in-Chief
Hi! My name is Liberty Pittman, I’m a junior, this is my second year on staff, and I am a Junior co-Editor-in-Chief this year. I am so excited to be in this leadership position and get to know everyone on staff. I would love to be able to help others in the class achieve whatever goals they want to meet whether in news coverage, leadership roles, or life in general. I love that the journalism program gives me a way to be more in touch with my school and community, and gives me a chance to inform those around me about extraordinary students, important events, or issues in the world around me. Outside of the newspaper program I enjoy challenging myself with math, being creative with art, and contributing to my school community through Bowie Buddies. I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for the wonderful newspaper program I am a part of!
