Sam Bode

Hi! My name is Sam Bode and I’m a senior this year. This is my third year on staff, and I am one of the Executive Editors! I am an All-State Journalist for 2025 and have won a handful of other individual awards. I love working on The Dispatch to create stories with my amazing team, and I’m really excited for my final year on staff. Other things I’m a part of outside of newspaper are Bowie Swim and Dive, Class Officers of 2026, and National Honor Society. I also love to go to concerts and spend time with my friends.

Wearing an ID while walking through the door or around the halls shows that you are a student at Bowie, not a random person trying to get onto campus. We are trying to avoid the worst possible situations, and the IDs help with that.
