Hi! My name is Sam Bode and I’m a junior. This is my second year on staff, and I’m currently a commentary editor! This year, I’m excited to meet new people and create amazing content with everyone! Things I do outside of the Dispatch are managing the Bowie Swim and Dive Team and being a part of Class Officers 2026. I also love to go to concerts and explore Austin with my friends. I’m really excited to see what this team achieves this year!

Wearing an ID while walking through the door or around the halls shows that you are a student at Bowie, not a random person trying to get onto campus. We are trying to avoid the worst possible situations, and the IDs help with that.
