2018 Who’s Who winners were announced. Who’s Who is an award given out to the most notable seniors each year, this year there were 24 Who’s Who students at Bowie. If you’ve won or want to see the winners accept their awards, you can attend the Who’s Who ceremony in the Bowie Library on April 12 starting at 6. Bowie culinary kids will be providing refreshments for the event.
