Bowie will host its first annual Poetry Out Loud competition this year. Poetry Out Loud is a national poetry performance competition and state winners can receive up to $200 and a free trip to the national competition in Washington, DC where the top prize in $20,000. Students who are interested in competing should contact Mrs. Rolfe in room A126 or A126. The school competition will be held on December 7th.
