3 Last minute costume ideas
October 30, 2017
If you’re one of the many procrastinator in the world and need a costume the night before, or even the day of Halloween, you’re in luck. Here are three simple and easy costume to put together last minute. Just in time for Halloween.
The first costume is a mummy. One of the common spooky characters for Halloween. If you don’t what a mummy is, it’s a dead person wrapped from head to toe, like a zombie present. Most of us are dead inside already, so the only other step is to get wrapped up. For this costume all you’ll need is either really strong toilet paper, or material used to wrap wounds. Depending on how lazy you are, you can either wrap your entire body, or wear a t-shirt and jeans/shorts and only wrap the skin that will be showing. If you plan on wrapping up everything, make sure to get plenty of material. If you’d like to make this costume look a little more interesting or convincing, you could place a stick on the side of one of your legs and wrap the material around it, so when you walk you’ll drag your foot and look a little more convincing as a mummified being.
The second costume is simple as can be. If you don’t feel like wrapping yourself in miles of toilet paper or wound material, just grab a pair of black sunglasses, a sharpie and maybe some paper. You can always be a spy/CIA agent. Just slip on the ominous glasses, and either draw on a paper and paste into your face, or draw on your skin, a mustache that establishes dominance. There you go, a sneaky disguise. The government will surely be confused.
The third and final costume is even easier than the other two. Who needs toilet paper and sunglasses? For this costume you’ll need a head band of some sort. Preferably a sturdy one. Next, acquire a blank sheet of paper or cardboard and draw devil horns. Design them however you’d like, then cut them out and glue them to the headband. For the finished product, you should look exactly like the devil.
With any of these ideas, you’re sure to have a wonderful Halloween.
