A small group of the Bowie Forensics team traveled to Saint Mary’s Hall in San Antonio this weekend to compete in a TFA State Qualifying tournament . Competing with almost forty schools from across the state , the team took second place honors along with many individual top honors and scored four new state qualifications.

3rd place in Duet Acting- Jamie Muras and Luke Evans

3rd place in Duo Interpretation- Sofia Hutton and Grace Widner

3rd place in Humorous Interpretation- Luke Evans

3rd place in Public Forum Debate- Peyton Bellman and Jack Maedgen

4th place in Domestic Extemporaneous Speaking- Amy Shreeve

5th place in Foreign Extemporaneous Speaking-  Zach Houdek

6th place in Duo Interpretation- Natalia Guerra and Reed Syzdek
