It has been a great few years with the Bowie Dispatch! I’ve loved carving out my own space to write reviews and refine my writing. I really appreciate everyone’s dedication towards the paper and digital work, it always amazes me how much can be done by motivated people.
Thank you to my dad for the inspiration, for taking me to see the movies I wrote about and motivating me to dig deeper into music. Thank you to my mom who made reading, learning, and love a constant in my life. Thank you to E and Zoey for being my everyday confidants and to the friends who have made these past four years the best yet.
Working in the Bowie Dispatch has been a fundamental part of my high school career and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to freeze my butt off in Reeves’ room while writing about things that matter to me. I can’t wait to continue to grow as a writer and as a person. See ya!
