Last year I applied for the paper with exactly 0 experience, largely because I didn’t want to be double blocked for another extracurricular, but also because I was peer pressured by one Audrey Cullinane so that we could play more Overcooked together. Somehow we ended up playing even less Overcooked this year than we did junior year. Despite this, I think it was a good choice.

To Audrey: 

Thank you for pushing me to actually join. Thanks for playing games with me and forgiving me for that time I didn’t turn in the last burrito in time. Thank you for putting up with all my questions and (mostly) not treating me like I’m stupid because I didn’t know what a brief was.

To Bentlee:

I was never into Roblox until I met you. Thank you for putting me on Total Roblox Island and thank you even more for putting up with it when I couldn’t do even a little bit of parkour. Thank you SO MUCH for helping me when I did not know one single thing about how to write a story, how to take an interview, how to do… anything. You were so strong for putting up with me and I am so thankful.

To Reeves:

Thanks for making room for me! I had a ton of fun and I wish I could have done more for the paper.
