Touring kitchens of culinary, in preparations for their upcoming pop-up, and sampling treats at Lily Flanigan’s Neapolitan bake sale, there are many opportunities for a delicious bite by Bowie’s hardworking chefs and bakers. Senior Joaquin Chairez, Head Chef of this month’s Italian themed pop-up, was inspired by flavors in his creation of each dish.
