This year, the Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) will be purchasing a paper cutter for Bowie to replace the old, 25+ years old one. The PTSA is asking parents and their business community to donate to the campaign. The goal of the campaign is to raise $15,000.

The campaign is running from Monday, Feb. 27 to Friday, March 10.

“This campaign will fill in the gap where district funding falls short,” A post from Bowie’s PTSA website said. “Every dollar donated, regardless of size, makes a difference.”
