Black Panther: Wakanda Forever review

There is nothing to really hate about this movie. It has a lot to take away. The loss, emotion, action pack scenes, and a good laugh.

Marvel dropped their newest film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever on November 11, 2022. This film has broken box office records for November by gaining over 180 million dollars within the few days it had been released. The film is centered around the Wakandians moving on to the next chapter from the loss of their beloved Black Panther. The Wakanda heroes must come together to find out a new pathway for Wakanda and overcome the loss and emotions moving forward. They face new rivals that try to conquer the above-ground lands and try to take Wakanda as an Alliance for fear of Wakanda falling.

Chadwick Boseman, the former Black Panther died from colon cancer and while filming the first black panther, he was doing chemotherapy. Throughout the whole movie, there is remembrance and honor for black panther. In the opening scene they end off Black panther peacefully.

Now with no king, the kingdom is fully run by women. There are a lot of challenges faced, but the women of Wakanda show no fear. It truly was awesome to see what his sister, Shuri, was capable of throughout the whole film. Along with Nakia and Aneka, they fight along with Shuri as she is announced the new black panther and they try to defeat their new rivals.

One of my favorite scenes from the movie was when Riri was showing off Shuri and Aneka all her cool inventions and when they had to break loose since they were being followed. Riri introduces one of her projects that she had been working on for a while and she was finally putting it to use by getting to use it in the goose chase they took the cops around the city. This scene was filled with riveting action scenes and a few good laughs along the way.

There is nothing to really hate about this movie. It has a lot to take away. The loss, emotion, action pack scenes, and a good laugh. The new movie highlights Wakanda and the underwater city Talokan. Showing the diverse cultures and how the people of the cities live. It was really cool to see the CGI they used for the explosions and the underwater city.

From a 1-5 scale, black panther is definitely a solid 4.7. Not really having any flaws there are just a few places that needed work. Overall this movie was great and I really enjoyed it. I recommend it to really anyone, my mom who doesn’t really like superhero movies really enjoyed it.
