Cooking with Cade Ep 1: Gluten-Free Cinnamon Rolls

Although I made a few mistakes, I was able to bake gluten-free cinnamon rolls! The rolls were delicious, and I recommend that everyone should give the recipe a try. If you love cinnamon rolls, this is the perfect recipe to please both your stomach and your soul.
Full Ingredient List:
Dough:
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 3 tsp dry active yeast
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dairy-free milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 and 3/4 or 3 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
Filling:
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar (can be replaced by regular sugar)
- 3/4 cup erythritol/monk sweetener blend (can be replaced by regular sugar)
- 2 and 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp arrowroot starch (can be replaced by cornstarch)
Frosting:
- 6 Tbsp butter, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 and 1/4 cups powdered erythritol/monk fruit blend (can be replaced by regular sugar)
