The Dispatch

Marisa Salazar
My name is Marisa Salazar, I’m a sophomore, and this is my first year on staff. I am a photographer and writer for print and online. After high school, I want to attend UC Berkeley and I am in newspaper because I want to work for a magazine in the future as a culture or travel writer and novelist. In my free time, I enjoy going to concerts, traveling, reading, and writing. I like Bukowski, Murakami, and Vonnegut. I’m kind of shy, never tired, always hungry, with a bad case of RBF. The epitome of teen angst.
