On Monday the Texas Association of Journalism Educators released the 2018 “Best in Texas” individual awards and The Dispatch grabbed thirty-two awards. The winners were chosen from among 1200 entries in three publication categories; print newspaper, online newspaper, and yearbook, for their journalistic excellence.
